  • 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Whole milk
  • All-purpose seasoning to taste
  • 1 can Refrigerated biscuits

Directions:

  • In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground sausage until fully cooked.
  • Add bacon grease to the skillet and stir to combine.

  • Slowly pour in the heavy cream and whole milk, stirring constantly until smooth and thickened.
  • Season with all-purpose seasoning to taste and mix well. Simmer until gravy reaches desired thickness.
  • Place biscuits in the air fryer at 350°F for 6–8 minutes, or until golden brown.
