Ingredients

  • 6 Sub buns
  • 1.5 Cups Shredded lettuce
  • 1 Sliced Tomato
  • 1/4 Sliced Red Onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Duke’s Mayonnaise
  • 5 Dill Pickle Spears
  • 10 slices Cooked Bacon
  • 6 slices Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Hot Honey or regular honey

Instructions

  • On a large cutting board, spread out the shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion.
  • Add salt and pepper evenly over the top.
  • Add mayonnaise, pickles, bacon, and pepper jack cheese.
  • Drizzle with hot honey (or regular honey).
  • Chop everything together until well mixed.
  • Scoop the chopped mixture onto sub buns.
