Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Diced Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 packet Mild Taco Bell Seasoning
  • 1 can Rotel 10 oz, undrained
  • 1 Can Tomato Sauce 15 oz
  • 1 Box Elbow Macaroni uncooked
  • 32 oz Beef Broth
  • 8 oz Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 1-2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook for about 1 minute.
  • Add ground beef and minced garlic. Cook until the beef is browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
  • Stir in the Taco Bell seasoning until well combined.
  • Add the Rotel, tomato sauce, uncooked macaroni, and beef broth. Mix everything together.
  • Cover and cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes, or until the pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Once cooked, stir in the shredded pepper jack cheese until melted.
