Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Diced Onion
- 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 1 packet Mild Taco Bell Seasoning
- 1 can Rotel 10 oz, undrained
- 1 Can Tomato Sauce 15 oz
- 1 Box Elbow Macaroni uncooked
- 32 oz Beef Broth
- 8 oz Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
- 1-2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook for about 1 minute.
- Add ground beef and minced garlic. Cook until the beef is browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Stir in the Taco Bell seasoning until well combined.
- Add the Rotel, tomato sauce, uncooked macaroni, and beef broth. Mix everything together.
- Cover and cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes, or until the pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Once cooked, stir in the shredded pepper jack cheese until melted.
