Ingredients

  • 1 Box Rotini pasta cooked
  • 16 oz Sour cream
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Pickle juice
  • 1/2 lb Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 10 Dill pickles chopped
  • 8 oz Colby Jack cheese cubed

Instructions

  • Cook rotini pasta according to package directions. Drain and add to a large bowl or aluminum pan.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, ranch seasoning, and pickle juice until smooth.
  • Pour the dressing over the pasta and mix well.
  • Add cooked bacon, chopped dill pickles, and cubed cheese.
  • Stir everything together until evenly combined.
  • Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
