- 2 lbs Ground beef
- 1 Tsp Dano’s SPG Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp Mustard
- 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Grillo’s Pickle de Gallo
- 1 Pack King’s Hawaiian Pretzel Sliders
- Sliced Colby Jack cheese
Brown the ground beef in a skillet until fully cooked.
Season with 1 teaspoon of Dano’s SPG Trio.
Add ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, and Grillo’s Pickle de Gallo. Mix everything together well.
Place the bottom halves of the King’s Hawaiian pretzel buns in an aluminum pan.
Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly over the buns.
Layer sliced Colby Jack cheese over the beef.
Place the top halves of the buns on top.
Put the pan on the smoker at 350°F for 20–25 minutes, cheese is melted.
Separate the sliders, serve, and enjoy.
