Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Ground beef
  • 1 Tsp Dano’s SPG Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Grillo’s Pickle de Gallo
  • 1 Pack King’s Hawaiian Pretzel Sliders
  • Sliced Colby Jack cheese

Instructions

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet until fully cooked.
  • Season with 1 teaspoon of Dano’s SPG Trio.
  • Add ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, and Grillo’s Pickle de Gallo. Mix everything together well.
  • Place the bottom halves of the King’s Hawaiian pretzel buns in an aluminum pan.
  • Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly over the buns.
  • Layer sliced Colby Jack cheese over the beef.
  • Place the top halves of the buns on top.
  • Put the pan on the smoker at 350°F for 20–25 minutes, cheese is melted.
  • Separate the sliders, serve, and enjoy.
