- 1 Can Whole Kernel Corn drained
- 1 Can Creamed Corn
- 1 Egg
- 8 oz Cornbread Mix
- 1 Stick Butter melted
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheese
- 1 Teaspoon Dano’s Butter Dust seasoning
- Butter for greasing the skillet
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
In a large bowl, mix together the whole kernel corn, creamed corn, egg, cornbread mix, melted butter, shredded cheese, and Dano’s Butter Dust until well combined.
Coat the bottom of a cast iron skillet with butter.
Pour the cornbread mixture into the skillet and spread evenly.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
