Ingredients

  • 1 Can Whole Kernel Corn drained
  • 1 Can Creamed Corn
  • 1 Egg
  • 8 oz Cornbread Mix
  • 1 Stick Butter melted
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 Teaspoon Dano’s Butter Dust seasoning
  • Butter for greasing the skillet

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the whole kernel corn, creamed corn, egg, cornbread mix, melted butter, shredded cheese, and Dano’s Butter Dust until well combined.
  • Coat the bottom of a cast iron skillet with butter.
  • Pour the cornbread mixture into the skillet and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
  • Let cool slightly, then serve warm and enjoy!
