Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 cans Cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz each
  • 1 bag Frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream
  • 1 can Biscuits

Instructions

  • Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Add chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, and frozen mixed vegetables.
  • Cover and cook on low for 3–4 hours, or until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
  • Shred the chicken and add sour cream. Stir everything together.
  • Place biscuits in the air fryer at 350°F for 6–8 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Serve the chicken pot pie mixture topped with warm biscuits and enjoy.
