1 Foil Pan
3-8 oz Blocks of Cream Cheese 2 cans Mexican Style Street Corn 8 oz Block of Pepper Jack Cheese 8 oz Sour Cream 1 bunch Chopped Cilantro Tajin Seasoning To taste- I prefer a generous amount
Preheat the smoker to 225°
Combine everything into a pan.
Smoke for two hours, mixing halfway through.
Remove the smoked street corn dip from the smoker, let it cool slightly, then dig in with your favorite chips and enjoy!
Top with additional Tajin if desired.
