Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 cups Diced onion
  • 1 pound Spicy Italian sausage
  • 1 teaspoon SPG seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Dan-O’s Italiano seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Sun-dried tomatoes
  • 3 cups Fresh spinach
  • 1 box Penne pasta
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 cups Shredded pepper jack cheese

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a large skillet. Add onion and sausage and cook until browned.
  • Stir in SPG seasoning, Dan-O’s Italiano seasoning, sun-dried tomatoes, and spinach. Cook until spinach wilts.
  • Add penne pasta, heavy cream, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
  • Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 15–20 minutes until pasta is tender.
  • Stir in pepper jack cheese until melted and creamy.
  • Serve warm, dig in and enjoy!
