Equipment

  • 1 Foil Pan
  • 1 Smoker I use my Pit Boss Smoker- my ride or die!
  • 1 Spoon

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts cooked and diced or shredded
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 Cup 1 cup Ranch dressing
  • 2 Blocks Cream cheese Softened, 16 oz
  • 8 oz Pepper jack cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic powder

Instructions

  • Add the chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch, cream cheese, pepper jack, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to a pan and mix well.
  • Place on the smoker at 225°F for 2 hours.
  • Give it a good mix halfway through (around the 1 hour mark).
  • Pull once hot and bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips or whatever you like.
