Ingredients

  • 2 Canas Mexican-style street corn drained
  • 1/2 Cup Cilantro diced
  • 1 Red bell pepper diced
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Dan-O’s SPG Tri-O seasoning
  • 1 Bag Fritos Chili Cheese corn chips

Instructions

  • Combine the base — In a large bowl, combine the street corn, cilantro, and red bell pepper.
  • Add creaminess and seasoning — Stir in the mayonnaise and season with Dan-O’s SPG Tri-O. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
  • Fold in the Fritos — Right before serving, crush and fold in the Fritos Chili Cheese corn chips. Serve immediately so the Fritos stay crunchy.

Notes

Dan-O’s SPG Tri-O is a salt, pepper, and garlic blend (two salts, one pepper, three kinds of garlic). Add the Fritos last and serve right away — if it sits, the chips will go soft.
