Ingredients
- 2 Blocks Cream cheese 8 oz each
- Cinnamon Toast Crunch dust seasoning to coat
- Graham crackers for serving
- Chocolate sauce for drizzling
Instructions
- Take the two blocks of cream cheese and score the tops in a diagonal crosshatch pattern with a knife (diagonal both ways).
- Season the cream cheese blocks generously with Cinnamon Toast Crunch dust seasoning, coating the scored tops.
- Place on the smoker and smoke at 225°F for 2 hours.
- Remove from smoker and serve with graham crackers.
- Finish with a drizzle of chocolate sauce over top.

The crosshatch scoring helps the seasoning penetrate and creates more surface area for smoke flavor.
